Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Desert Southwest Region, intends to issue a sole source award to OMICRON Electronics Corp. USA for license upgrades, hardware/software upgrades and upgrades of existing CMC 356 devices to be treated as Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs). Prior to proceeding, however, WAPA is interested in determining whether a small business can fulfill the requirement.
