The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Desert Southwest Region (DSW), requires a contractor to perform preventative maintenance services on its sewer lift station at its main facility. This is a 100% small business set-aside, Request for Quotation (RFQ). The assigned NAICS is 811310 - Commerical and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $8 million. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. Required services include but are not limited to the following: quarterly, semiannual, and annual maintenance to oil/water separator, sewer lift station, wet-wells and inspection submersible pumps. More details are included in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). WAPA DSW anticipates awarding a one year contract with options for four additional years of performance. Prospective quotes must include pricing for the base year and each of the four option years. A firm-fixed-price contract award is contemplated.
