This source sought is for Architect-Engineering (A-E) services from a qualified firm for the design of new facilities to accommodate high-bay technical lab space required for nuclear physics large-scale assembly and testing activities, warehouse for programmatic storage, and the recapitalization of critical utility systems to enable new and modernized infrastructure. Services include, but are not limited to, an analysis of alternatives, conceptual design report, final design, studies, and construction support at Jefferson Lab. The subcontract will be awarded as a one-year term with nine optional one year terms.
