The Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (Jefferson Lab) is seeking sources to compete for award for an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Architect-Engineer services contract to provide conceptual, development and studies, design, construction support, value engineering, and investigative services for the Jefferson Lab Site. Jefferson Lab is a nuclear physics research facility operated by Jefferson Science Associates (JSA) under contract to the U.S. Department of Energy. This sources sought notice is for Architect-Engineering (A-E) services from a multi-discipline architectural and engineering firm, for the design of new and modification of conventional facilities associated with Facilities Management projects. Projects under this contract may include preparation of engineering studies, investigations, planning, designs, construction documents, and construction administrative services. Work will be negotiated as firm fixed priced task orders. The contract will be awarded as a base year term with four optional one year terms. It is intended to award a minimum of $25,000 with a maximum contract of $3,000,000 over the maximum five-year period.
