This procurement is for 10 heat exchangers to cool a hydrogen process stream for a Multimegawatt Electrolyzer project. The units must handle a mixture of propylene glycol, water, and water-saturated hydrogen. Specific portions of each heat exchanger require cleaning and passivation for use with deionized water. Offerors must meet the technical specifications outlined in the attached RFQ document.
