See attachment. This purchase is to acquire quantity 5 heat exchangers (HX) to allow cooling of the electrolyzer stacks being tested as part of the Multimegawatt (MMW) Electrolyzer project. The process fluid on one side of the heat exchanger will be 50/50 propylene glycol/water “cold side” and the other will be DI water “hot side”.
