The Contractor shall provide all necessary facilities, staff, materials and equipment to provide periodic occupational health examinations, as well as exit medical examinations, and fit for duty evaluations for employees of the Western Area Power Administration, Desert Southwest Region (WAPA), located in and around Arizona and Nevada. The scope of work is outlined in each specific exam packet that is located in the attached PWS.
