Construction management (CM) services to supplement existing Jefferson Lab’s Facilities Management staff on projects for new and modifications of conventional facilities. Services under this contract may include constructability reviews of design documents, independent cost estimates or reviews, construction schedule development and reviews, onsite construction oversight, quality assurance and building system commissioning services. Work will be negotiated as firm fixed priced task orders. The contract will be awarded as a one year term with four optional one year terms. The contract will be awarded with a minimum guarantee of $10,000 for the base period only and a maximum contract of $3,000,000 over the maximum 5-year contract period.
