Argonne National Laboratory (Argonne), together with Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab), wishes to engage a contractor to create a regionally focused map of the value chain for the agricultural sector. Argonne and Fermilab wish to consider the sector broadly, include all industry and non-industry stakeholders spanning diverse aspects of agriculture, and include sector stakeholders with presence in our eight-state region of IL, MI, WI, IN, MN, OH, IA, MO. Argonne and Fermilab may make the analysis available to other Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratories, and to interested stakeholders within local, state, and federal agencies and our corporate and academic partners.
