The contractor will provide modifications, repairs, construction, alterations and installations to the facilities, building and infrastructure components and systems for APS-U project scope of work in the APS building complex. This work includes varied general construction, consisting of architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical items to be performed on a TO basis. The TOs will be initiated through the issuance of individual TO by an authorized Call Manager. The TOs will be construction type work that include common indoor construction activities such as the following specific to the APS-U project scope. BPA duration shall be for a one (1) year base period with two (2) one-year options.
