The contractor will provide modifications, repairs, construction, alterations and installations to the facilities, building and infrastructure components and systems. This work includes varied general construction, consisting of architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical items to be performed on a per TO/call basis. The work under the BPA will occur throughout the Argonne Site. The Task Order will be initiated through the issuance of individual calls per project/job by an authorized Call Manager. The calls will be construction type work that includes common indoor and outdoor construction activities. BPA duration shall be for a one (1) year base period with one (1) one-year option.
