This includes fabrication, quality control, testing, and documentation of fifty (50) gaskets. The contractor must read and understand all notes and requirements from the released drawings, corresponding 3D models, and this SOW provided by APSU prior to production. The contractor must document any proposed changes and seek approval from the APSU personnel prior to implementation. The design, drawings and CAD models, and procedures are proprietary. The contractor shall not share APSU’s proprietary design, drawings and models, and procedures with other buyers. The contractor shall not use APSU’s design, drawings and models, and procedures in their own production outside the scope of work defined in this SOW.
