The full scope of work is a design-to-specification of the D3-DMS system, which is defined and fully specified in Engineering Specifications Document (ESD) APSU-2.04.03.20-ESD-010. This is inclusive of everything from conceptual design through build and delivery of the finished instrument to the APS. Vendor is responsible for: • Design of the D3-DMS that meets all APS specifications. • Documentation to show all specifications are met. • Communicating any changes of specification, design, scope, or deliverable timelines to APS for approval. • Production, build, integration, and test of the D3-DMS. • Generating deliverable documents for APS approval as defined by the APSvendor agreed-upon schedule. • Bi-weekly status updates to APS during design phase and monthly status updates during fabrication phase. Responsible for delivering the D3-DMS system to APS without damage to the system in transit. If a third party will be responsible for delivery, APS is to be notified of vendor contact information. • Responsible for final handoff of CAD models and drawings to APS.
