The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify firms interested in providing services to perform inspections, engineering analysis, and summary report preparation and subsequent design drawings and specifications, as required, to support our plan to replace all towers or bring them up to current standards within our radio repeater infrastructure. Determine the condition of all towers, pads and buildings supporting the mission, current power and all emergency back-up power, or an alternate source of power to include solar. Results of these inspections may identify upgrade or replacement requirements which may require detailed engineering design to include detailed design, calculations, and specifications. All communication sites are strategically located throughout the NNSS for coverage overlay. There are seven (7) radio repeater sites on the NNSS. The NNSS Communication sites have structures that are made up of a multiple styles of buildings.
