An OFHC copper ground bus bar running the length of each magnet module will connect each accelerator magnet to the building 400 storage ring tunnel counterpoise. This document details the request to fabricate and deliver the magnet module ground bus bar assemblies for the APS-U project. Scope of Work The contractor shall procure material and hardware for the fabrication of 205 magnet module ground bus bar assemblies. The contractor shall fabricate the ground bar assemblies and package them as individual kits per the 5 main assembly drawings. Deliverables The contractor shall provide a schedule for ANL approval to deliver 205 ground bus bar assemblies in batch shipments as they are fabricated. Removed NEC and NRTL requirements.
