The Protective Force (PF) currently utilizes an incident tracking system for our Records Management System (RMS), Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), and Reporting Software. The existing software/vendor can no longer support the Protective Force’s dispatching, records, or report documenting needs. The integration of CAD, RMS, and Reporting Software has allowed for the paperwork reduction and improved Argonne National Laboratory’s (ANL) ability to trend and analyze Protective Force activities in addition to incident occurrences at ANL. This system is crucial to the infrastructure of the Protective force as well as the Laboratory. The Security Division is requesting the purchase of a replacement software suite that includes CAD, RMS, Forms Designer, and Reporting Software, which will provide analytics and allow for distribution to guest users. This procurement will streamline incident report documentation by creating, approving, managing, sorting, retrieving, distributing, and archiving incident reports and incident information
