Proposals must demonstrate technical capability, commercialization strategy, and organizational and financial readiness. Only U.S.-owned and U.S.-controlled entities with U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident personnel are eligible. Performance of services would occur at the licensee’s facilities, with potential limited support from Y-12.
