Contractor plans to aaward an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity ( IDIQ) contract to one or more Subcontractors , depending upon their ability to meet the Contractors qualification requirements .... This procurement action will result in a list of qualified Subcontractors who will subsequently be able to bid on a simplified basis on design subcontracts for tunnels, boreholes and related infrastruture projects. Design subcontract may include Title III services during construction activities. Subcontractor shall provide tunneling and related infrastructure Archite3ctural and Engineering (A&E) design services that my include Title III services in support of Contractor needs, in accordance with Task Orders issued during the period of performance Do you have at least 10 years or more of Design Experience?
