HPMC Occupational Medical Services (HPMC OMS or Buyer) is a Prime Contractor to the Department of Energy’s (DOE) RL Office under Contract #89303919DEM000005 to provide the Occupational Medical Services Program in support of on-going activities at the Hanford Site. HPMC OMS provides these services at a main clinic at 1979 Snyder, Richland, WA, and an on-site facility at 200 West in building 2713B. HPMC OMS requires a qualified Subcontractor to read and interpret Electrocardiograms (ECGs) for HPMC OMS and return to HPMC OMS the Subcontractor’s reading and interpretation. ECG reading and interpretation means the “overreads” of each ECG by a board-certified cardiologist.
