SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory has a requirement for the Development of a Scalable, 1.3 GHz High Efficiency IOT for High Average Power Accelerators project. 1. Statement of Work (SOW) – Please review the attached SOW (HEP-Stew2020-HEIOT_Weatherford_FullProposal_Final-NoBudget and SLAC_L3HarrisEDD_SOW_1220) and advise acceptance. 2. Proposal – Mus be recieved on or before February 10, 2021 @ 3pm, PST. Submit all questions on or before February 03, 2021. Provide proposal for multiple year awards for all anticipated years (incremental cost for each year). Although, SLAC will only award contract for Year 1 only at this time. The proposal for multi-year will help me understand and get the full picture of the budget for this project to complete my price justification. 3. Terms – SLAC proposes the resulting purchase order be issued on a fixed price basis. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Terms and Conditions for Fixed Price Commercial Supplies and Services (Rev. December 2016) will be made a part of the resulting order. Please confirm your acceptance of SLAC’s Terms and Conditions. 4. Representations & Certifications Rider – Please complete and return.
