As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Optical component for shortening the pulse duration after the amplifier to 600fs. The award will be made based upon the Lowest Price method. Marking of Proprietary/Confidential Information.
