SLAC L2SI ChemRIXS Cold Traps, including: * Two (2) water liquid nitrogen traps with the following features: - The temperature range: from 80 K (operation) to 265 K (regeneration). - Two (2) Si Diode Temperature Sensors in each trap. - Two (2) cartridge heaters in each trap. - CF Flange on the bottom of each trap. - Two (2) additional 2-3/4 “CF flanges at each trap. - Two (one for each trap) automatic heaters on nitrogen vents to heat outgoing cold nitrogen gas. * Two (one for each trap) flowmeters connected to nitrogen exhaust ports. * One (1) custom 100 liters liquid nitrogen Dewar with level meter, two LN2 transfer line inlets, dewar refill port, vent port, pressure gauge. * Two (one for each trap) liquid nitrogen transfer lines with flow control valves and 144" long flexible sections. * Liquid nitrogen line to refill the dewar. * Two (one for each trap) LakeShore 336 Temperature Controllers mounted in 19” rack and with 81 feet long cables. Must meet technical evaluation criteria: Pumping speed is 15000l/s or better for one trap Vendor Written responses to SOW Vendor has expertise in Cryogenics and demonstrated previous experience in similar work Vendor is providing 2 units Delivery Time is 5 months or lower Model will fit Chem-RIXS Chamber Source selection will be based on Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable. The bid closing date for this requirement is May 29, 2020 @ 5pm PST Buy American Act Certification (BAA) applies to item(s) that are over $10,000/unit Representations & Certifications Rider is required.
