TECHNICAL EVALUATION CRITERIA FACTOR: Vendor agrees to provide chamber with features listed in section 2 of L2SI-SW-0230 Demonstrated ability to meet RGA bakeout requirement described in FP-202-631-14 Vacuum chamber meets minimum internal dimension requirement System capable of reaching 250°C Vendor agrees to provide lid lifting mechanism Vendor agrees to provide stand with features listed in section 5 of L2SI-SW-0230 Please list quantity and unit price for each line item on your quote.
