Argonne has a complex IT environment and requires Argonne to partner with a Contractor who can help the Business and Information Systems (BIS) division lead the way to creating not only a true single point of contact service desk handling all service requests for the entire lab, but also a fully integrated support model that spans various support organizations without impacting the end user’s experience. This solicitation seeks to build on our prior success and engage with a Contractor that can deliver on all the functional areas outlined in this Statement of Work as well as bring industry-best-practice to our operation. We are seeking proposals from highly qualified managed service provider(s) to provide on premise, managed services.
