This project seeks to support ED’s Human Capital Strategic Roadmap by establishing a social media presence, and actively recruiting for key positions at the Department of Education. Having a detailed social media platform procured by OHR will allow OHR to share ED job opportunities to diverse and highly qualified talent pools, professional organizations, and affinity groups. This is an essential activity in support of OHR’s Goal 1 which is to obtain, retain, and develop high-quality talent across ED.
