The Office of Human Resources is committed to maintaining a diverse, high performing and engaged workforce and developed this project plan to outline key milestones to address competency gap closures by way of an OHR Training Plan. Establishing a training plan provides an opportunity for OHR Leadership to address competency gap closures; efficiently influence employee performance; create job satisfaction and commitment; and potentially reduce retention. This requirement is intended to achieve the following outcomes: Address competency gaps. Establish team collaboration with enterprise-wide training. Increase employee engagement and positive attitude among employees. Increase performance by employees and enhance team building.
