REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: The U.S. Department of Education (the Department) is conducting market research to determine if sufficient interest and capability exists in the marketplace for the anticipated "Enterprise Survey Software" procurement. This notice is NOT a request for proposals, but is an invitation for potential offerors to express interest and provide information regarding their relevant capabilities. Information submitted in response to this Request for Information (RFI) will be used to assist the Department in planning its acquisition strategy. This notice in no way obligates the Government to award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government in its ultimate acquisition approach. The Department will not pay for the provision of any information nor will it compensate any respondents for providing this information. Feedback will not be provided to any interested party who submits information to the Department in response to this notice. REQUIREMENT: The enterprise survey development and analysis tool must meet the following criteria in terms of functionality and usage: 1. Create customized, professional, and user-friendly surveys 2. Gather real-time feedback from surveyed individuals 3. Gather survey data at multiple touchpoints (website, email, mobile, etc.) 4. Access templates for standard surveys and commonly used research questions from a question bank 5. Automate delivery of surveys and schedule recurring surveys 6. Collect survey data in online and offline mode 7. Provide text analysis, advanced survey logic, and pass variables within surveys 8. Enter hard copy data and information into surveys 9. Centralize survey data and allow account consolidation 10. Utilize survey data in automated office processes and existing workflows 11. Create various user reports (standard and ad-hoc) to analyze collected survey data 12. Provide HIPAA compliance services as needed 13. Provide collaboration tools for creating surveys and reviewing survey data results 14. Incorporate and export survey data into different office applications (SharePoint, Tableau, email applications, social media, etc.) 15. Create permission and role-based workgroups to allow teams to work on multiple surveys and share results within the organization 16. Provide a centralized user administration of accounts with a single view of all survey data being collected across the organization 17. Establish settings that allow administrators to create and manage user roles and permissions at a regional and/or headquarters level 18. Migrate and consolidate all existing survey data, even from other platforms, under one centralized network of accounts 19. Onboard new users and migrate existing accounts from former users to new users seamlessly 20. Offer accounts for approximately 60 users, with the option to add or remove users as necessary 21. Offer user authentication with single sign-on (SSO), auditing, and other standard security measures 22. Provide customer support 24/7 via telephone, email, or chat INSTRUCTIONS: There is no solicitation at this time.
