The U.S. Department of Education (the Department), via the National Center for Education Evaluation and Regional Assistance (NCEE) of the Institute of Education Sciences (IES), is seeking a contractor to review impact studies in the field of education and provide related support for the What Works Clearinghouse (WWC). This support will include characterizing the quality and findings of studies for WWC publications, reviewing individual studies at the request of the Department, developing new and/or updated syntheses of evidence on education interventions and developments, and improved procedures to describe the characteristics of individual studies and study findings.
