The U.S. Department of Education (the Department) is conducting market research to determine if sufficient interest and capability exists in the marketplace for the anticipated "Evaluation of Transition Supports for Students with Disabilities" procurement. This notice is NOT a request for proposals, but is an invitation for potential offerors to express interest and provide information regarding their relevant knowledge, skills and capabilities to conduct an evaluation of transition supports for youth with disabilities in secondary schools. Information submitted in response to this Request for Information (RFI) will be used to assist the Department in planning its acquisition strategy. This notice in no way obligates the Government to award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government in its ultimate acquisition approach. The Department will not pay for the provision of any information nor will it compensate any respondents for providing this information. Feedback will not be provided to any interested party who submits information to the Department in response to this notice. Vendors should submit, via email, the requested information to Alan.Elder@ed.gov with a cc to Ryan.Battad@ed.gov no later than January 28, 2019 at 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time.
