The contractor shall provide a software platform that will aid in the overall services within the Department. The licenses associated with this software contribute to FSD programs and projects, such as space planning, facility design intent and concept drawings and documents, furniture planning, relocation planning, budget support services, statement of work development, cost estimating, change management planning, communications support to include web design and other methods, and various other analytical support services.
