The Department of Education is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research and planning purposes to identify parties that have an interest in and the resources in order to be able to provide the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO) Data Analytic Evaluation Studies of ARP-HCY. The Department is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price award with one (15) month Base Year and one (1) twelve (12) month Option Period and intends to issue a solicitation sometime in July 2022. The anticipated NAICS code is 541611 (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services), with a size standard of $16.5M. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. Please see the attached PWS and RFI for more information on this requirement. All small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8 (a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns) are encouraged to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.
