This is a Direct to Phase II solicitation for awards of $1,000,000 over 2 years to ready existing, evidence-based education technology innovations for use at scale and plan for commercialization. The innovation must have been originally created by researchers at universities or non-profit research organizations, with at least one original team member participating. Proposals for projects originated by small businesses or that are not evidence-based are not eligible. The solicitation will be released on or about April 30, 2026. Three other related solicitations for Phase IA, Phase IB, and Phase II awards will be released on the same day.
