The Department would li... The purpose of Amendment 1 is to respond to vendor questions and update the Evaluation Criteria, PWS, and Deliverables. Solicitation 91990022Q0057 is for non-personal services. The Department would like to understand implementation of ARP-HCY funds by conducting a survey of all SEAs and a sample of LEAs receiving ARP Homeless I or II grants, including through participation in a consortium. The Contractor shall be responsible for establishing the review and all other items necessary to perform according to the tasks as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor shall furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the PWS. The base period of performance is fifteen (15) months from August 15, 2022 (or subsequent date) to November 14, 2023, with one (1) twelve (12) month option period from November 15, 2023, to November 14, 2024. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than July 7, 2022 @ 10:00 A.M. EST; in order to ensure a timely response is provided by the solicitation closing date. Telephone, written, or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation is discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access SAM.gov/ for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. This procurement is Set-Aside as 100% Small Business under NAICS Code 541611 with a size standard of $21.5 Million.
