Proposals will be due on 8.13.2020 @ 2:00 pm est. and questions will be due on 7.20.2020 @ 2:00 pm est. Please note that all solicitation related documents in this RFP are draft versions. The final solicitation will be governed by the terms, conditions, instructions, and criteria in that document. The final RFP will be forth coming. ************AMENDMENT 0001************* The U.S. Department of Education is issuing Amendment 0001 to finalize the Request for Proposal 91990020R0018 “Evaluating Family Engagement and Choice Requirement” and provide the Department responses to questions. This amendment updates the Performance Work Statement, Instructions to Offerors, Technical Evaluation Criteria, Past Performance attachment, Small Business Tool and Task Order Procedures. The Department is also allowing another opportunity for clarification questions which will be due by 2:00 pm on August 6, 2020. Proposals will be due on or by 2:00 PM EST, August 13, 2020. *************AMENDMENT 0002************** The U.S. Department of Education is issuing Amendment 0002 to finalize the Request for Proposal 91990020R0018 “Evaluating Family Engagement and Choice Requirement” and provide the Department responses to questions. This amendment updates the Instructions to Offerors, specifically, increasing the page limit to 50 pages for the BPA proposal and 50 pages for Task Order 0001; Technical Evaluation Criteria, specifically, evaluation Criteria B. has been updated with the correct language for this requirement and Task Order Procedures, specifically, the ordering minimum has been changed to $100,000 and the maximum IDIQ ceiling has been changed to $10,000,000. Proposals will be due on or by 2:00 PM EST, August 13, 2020.
