The purpose of this posting is to provide the Department of Education Federal Student Aid’s (FSA) justification to enter into a fixed-price non-competitive contract with the incumbent, Nelnet Servicing LLC located at 121 South 13 Street, Suite 201, Lincoln, Nebraska 68508, for continued Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) Task Assignment in accordance with 41 U.S.C 3304(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Services Will Satisfy the Needs of the Agency. The use of this authority is supported by the contractor’s unique qualifications.
