Interested parties are invited to express interest and provide information on relevant knowledge, skills, and capabilities; submitted information may help finalize the acquisition strategy. This is not a request for quotes or proposals and does not obligate the government to award a contract; information is voluntary, uncompensated, and no feedback will be provided. All information is preliminary and subject to change, with no assurance that a solicitation will follow.
