Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services as defined in this Performance Work Statement. Exceptions are as specified in Part 3 as government furnished property and services at Fort Belvoir. Background: This requirement encompasses the Fort Belvoir Main Post and Fort Belvoir North Area which is approximately 8,500 acres. Of this total area, approximately 4,600 acres are improved or semi-improved. Fort Belvoir has approximately 445 buildings with approximately 10.9 million square feet of building space. There are approximately 2100 family housing units. The interior of family housing units is not covered by this contract. The Fort Belvoir Community Hospital and associated buildings, Commissary, Defense Logistics Agency, National Museum of the United States Army, Distribution Center, and National Geospatial Intelligence Agency are not covered by this contract.
