Equipment and components shall be furnished and installed new as specified herein. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.603 - Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, dated 03-07-2022. The requirement is for a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 561210. The size standard for this NAICS codes is $41,500,000.00. Description: The Contractor shall provide all personnel who shall be responsible for a number of tasks associated with the operations and outreach of the Rivers Project which includes but is not limited to the National Great Rivers Museum, Riverlands Migratory Bird Sanctuary Orientation Center, Lock 24, Lock 25, Melvin Price, and Lock 27. The Contractor shall assure that all work is accomplished in accordance with the contract requirements, all applicable laws, and regulations and/or written directives issued by the Contracting Officer or his/her authorized representative.
