Partial Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for laboratory testing and sample kits, with an estimated value of $9 million. The work involves providing services for samples that may be collected in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and/or South Carolina. The ordering period is for five years, consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The acquisition includes a 30% partial set-aside for small businesses. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the PIEE Solicitation Module.
