Disclaimer: This pre-solicitation notice is for information only, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award contracts. The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept, proposals as a result of this synopsis. The Government will not reimburse the cost of any submission in response to this announcement -- the entire cost of any submission will be at the sole expense of the source submitting the information. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice. The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to provide notification that the 413th Contract Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office - Hawaii (RCO-HI) intends to solicit offers for four (4) ea. 5,000 lb. Electric Forklifts, two (2) ea. 8,000 lb. Diesel Forklifts, two (2) ea. 14 Foot Pan Style Trailers, and one (1) ea. Three Phase 7.5Kw Diesel Generator w/ Trailer for the Logistics Readiness Center, Hawaii under solicitation W912CN-19-Q-1114 through FedBizOpps. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract. The contractor shall provide all necessary resources, materials, services, and/or supplies, to meet the Minimum Salient Characteristics of the 402nd Army Field Support Battalion (AFSBn) Hawaii. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS Code) is 333924 - Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. The delivery date is 180 days after date of contract award. This action is 100% full and open competition. The contract type is Firm Fixed Price and the contract will be awarded based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation notice and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading at FedBizOpps at https://www.fbo.gov/ at no charge. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to this requirement. All prospective offerors must have and/or maintain an active registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for a Government contract award.
