The government anticipates competing this requirement as a total small business set-aside but reserves the right to further set it aside to other socio-economic programs." The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan has a requirement for a Two-phase design & build project IAW FAR subpart 36.3; to repair the Toro Creek bridge/box culvert (Fac. #900). The project includes but is not limited to the repair of the central reinforced concrete support of the Toro Creek bridge/box culvert; repair and re-attach existing steel security gate to culvert, design and construction of two retaining walls and a new trash rack control structure, repair lateral existing gabion walls upstream the culvert area affected by new construction of retaining walls, and associated tasks required for project completion. All responsible sources are invited to submit bids under this solicitation. The contractor shall provide labor,equipment, tools, materials, supplies,transportation, management, supervision, all insurance, and all necessary effort to perform services.This requirement is for the award of a single BPA for Local Moves and Related Services throughout Puerto Rico Island, Vieques and Culebra. There is no funding on the Master BPA. Funding will be allocated on individual orders. The purpose of this contract is to provide personal property local move services to military and civilian personnel requiring/authorized local moves. A local move involves HHG drayage, storage (when approved), or shipment for a short distance between residences; to/from non-temporary storage facility in the area of the member's/employee permanent duty station.
