The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Philadelphia District has issued a Sources Sought Notice seeking a Structural Engineer Expert Consultant, for market research to help determine procurement strategy. The contractor would assist the Government in litigation before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals involving AWFJV Western Federal Joint Venture and its subcontractors, including information gathering/evaluation, identifying relevant deposition personnel, finalizing an Expert Report, providing trial support, testifying as an expert witness, and assisting with post-trial briefs. Interested sources must describe their ability to provide these services in an electronic, unclassified response of no more than five pages, plus a cover page with company, CAGE/business-size, and point-of-contact information, sent to Noelle Griest.
