NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICE SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT- The Aviation Engineering Directorate (AED) of AvMC intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to The Lioce Group Inc., 2950 Drake Avenue, Huntsville, AL 35805 (CAGE 4RHJ7) for the purchase of Canon uniFLOW which are approved for use within the command under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 333244 and the Small Business size standard is 750 number of employees based on the U.S. Small Business Administration, Table of Small Business Size Standards. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source Has Been Identified As Reasonably Available To Provide The Supplies That Will Satisfy The Agency Requirements.
