Synopsis (Set-Aside) W911N2-23-R-0018 Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Requirements supply contract for the procurement of Hydraulic Tubing (Part Numbers: 13599389-51,13600032-51, 13600031-51, and 13599451-51). Drawings associated with each part number will be provided at the time the solicitation is posted. The period of performance of this contract will include one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The procurement will be a Total 100% Small Business Set Aside. The 2019 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 332999 – All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing, the size standard is 750 employees and the product service code is 4720 – Machinery and Components. Resulting order will be Freight On Board (FOB) Destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-23-R-0018 will be released on or about 06 March 2023, with a closing date on or about 27 March 2023. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
