Examples of enhanced NAVWAR SA data performance specifications: Additional NAVWAR SA data types What are the primary sources of technical risk in developing your solution to a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 6. System Maturity Required – What is the current TRL of the proposed solution and how was it assessed? Optional - Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) and Investment Readiness Level (IRL) Cost and Schedule Submissions should include a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimation for the cost and schedule required to develop and demonstrate the solution at a TRL 6. Cost estimate should include hardware, engineering and programmatic labor, and demonstration costs. Schedule should provide an estimated timeline to achieve TRL 6 and include expected deliverables. Responses submitted by contractors that contain U.S. classified military information (CMI) generated in conjunction with a DOD program should be classified in accordance with the applicable Security Classification Guide (SCG). Please include a copy of the SCG with the submission. Only U.S. citizens are authorized to respond to this RFI.
