It is an opportunity to express interest, and if desired, a capabilities statement. Nothing further is requested. Contracting Activity: United States (U.S.) Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI), Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island IL 61299-8000. Requiring Activity: Army Chief Information Officer (CIO) and DCS G-6 Description of Action: United States Army Chief Information Officer (CIO) and G6 Cybersecurity Directorate requires continuation of technical support services by 17 June 2022. Description of Supplies/Services: The requirement consists of functional tasks for the Interoperability Team consisting of Army Interoperability and Certification (AIC), Joint Integration and Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation (CIAV) and Current Operations services required that are highly technical in nature and require significant knowledge and expertise in DoD, Army Interoperability and Mission Partner Environment (MPE), which supports real world operations and missions. The contractor provides analytical and support services to the Army CIO and G-6 across a broad range of areas including planning, researching, executing, operations and providing the programmatic support in conducting the Army MPE Synchronization Management Group (SMG), governance and oversite in the execution of the Secret//Releasable (S//REL) training, Cross Domain Solutions, Intelligence, and Policy Working Groups, U.S. Army Staff Talks (AST), C-JADC2, Warfighting Exercise support to multiple Mission Partners, Tasking, C4IT, and C5SIR. The tasks supported by Interoperability and OPS are highly dynamic and require rapid response by the vendor identified The North American Industry Class System Code (NAICS) is 541512, $25 million. PSC code is D399. This Notice of Intent is not a solicitation nor is it a request for competitive quotes. However, any capability statements received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any prospective vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Capability statements shall be submitted by email to Vicki J.
