The contractor will deliver and install the L... WE ARE EXTENDING THE BID TO AUGUST 2, 2024 12pm This requirement shall provide a full range of office furniture manufacturing. The 116th MI BDE equipment. The contractor will deliver and install the Lactation Pods within the common area of the 116th on Fort Eisenhower, GA . The contractor shall deliver three Lactation Pods, fully assemble, and install the Pods. Evaluation and Basis for Award Determination: Evaluation of the quote will be based on a combination of price and technical capabilities. The lowest price that is also found to be technically acceptable will be issued the purchase order. The agency intends to award a Small Business Set-aside FFP contract. After receipt of proposal, the Government will first determine if the price proposal is reasonable. If the price proposal is determined reasonable a technical evaluation will be conducted to determine if it is technically acceptable and otherwise properly awardable, an award will be made. he KO reserves the right to withdraw and cancel this Solicitation at any time. In such event, the contractor shall be notified in writing of the KO's decision. This decision is final and conclusive and shall not be subject to the "Disputes" clause or the "Contract Disputes Act". Method of Payment: Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Payment will be made exclusively through WAWF.
