Point of contract for the tour and scheduling and access to installation will be: Forrest Green, Desk (570) 615-9637, email forrest.l.green8.civ@mail.mil BASIS OF AWARD: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors: Past Performance and Price will be used. Past Performance– Offerors shall submit three (3) Government and/or commercial contracts and associated points of contact during the past five (5) years, which are relevant to the efforts required by this solicitation. Offerors are limited to a one page response for all three submitted. Offerors are advised that the award may not necessarily be made to the lowest price offeror.
