The meetings can be one-on-one with the SED Management Team members and/or group sessions. During these meetings, the contractor shall accomplish the following: 1) Enhance the understanding of team member and group dynamics; 2) Improve communications across SED team; 3) Improve collaboration to work more effectively; and 4) Develop a shared path forward. Answer: First paragraph of the PWS: “In order to achieve the goal of a high performing team, SED is seeking professional services to improve teamwork and facilitate collaboration in SED’s management team. This management team includes the six (6) Competency Managers, one (1) Associate, one (1) Deputy, and one (1) Director.” Question: Was not able to access the solicitation via PIEE when I removed the dashes in the solicitation number. However, I already had all of the documents and it does not show me an option to make a submission. Answer: Answer: Only a Proposal Manager in PIEE may submit Offers. The Proposal Manager Role may be added by logging into PIEE and clicking on “My Account” at the top, to add the role. The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Armaments Center (AC), located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for Systems Engineering Directorate (SED) Teamwork Coaching Services. The Government is conducting a competition among the existing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for “System Engineering Teamwork Coaching Services” herein referred to as the BPA Pool. The BPA Pool is comprised of the following agreements: W15QKN17A0095, W15QKN17A0096, W15QKN18A0001, and W15QKN18A0002. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Call Order from the BPA Pool. The attached synopsis/solicitation is issued for the competition. Interested Offerors are welcome to submit a quote. If the successful awardee is not in the BPA Pool, an agreement will be added to the pool prior to award.
