Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a pre-solicitation notice for appliance maintenance, repair, installation, and dryer vent cleaning services for Unaccompanied Housing at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. The contract will have a one-year base period starting on or about July 1, 2025, with four option years. The government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or around May 1, 2025. The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, parts, and materials, but will not be responsible for appliance drayage or replacement. All solicitation documents will be available exclusively online through the SAM.gov website.
